Slow Flow & Restorative Yoga Class
Mondays & Wednesdays at  9:30am - 11:00 am     
Thursdays 5:30pm - 6:45pm (starting in July)   


Yoga Flow
Saturdays at 10:00am - 11:30am (starting in July)

This deeply nourishing 90-minute class begins with gentle stretching to awaken the body and release tension.We then move into restorative postures using supportive props—bolsters, pillows, and blankets to help the body fully relax.Each session ends with a brief 2–3 minute Reiki treatment while you rest in stillness.
Open to all ages and levels. Small group class (5–6 people) for personalized care.

Reiki Healing
Kali-Ki Reiki® is a modern lineage of healing energy for today's world.
Everything is energy - vibrating, pulsing, flowing.

 

Kali-Ki Reiki® works within these energetic systems to restore what may have been depleted. This healing modality channels the universal life force, which we call love force.


Through Kali-Ki Reiki®, we help awaken the Love force already within you, bringing balance to the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual self.

Reiki Training
Become a Kali-Ki Reiki® healer through our Level 1 and 2 training.

  • Level 1 emphasizes on self-healing and offering Reiki to family, friends, and animals.

  • Level 2 introduces deeper energetic work—enhancing intuition, transforming consciousness, and guiding you toward spiritual awakening.

Meditation Class

In this class, you'll learn gentle breathwork and mindfulness techniques designed to calm the mind and reconnect with your inner stillness.
